Minutes of the Raintree Lake HOA Board Meeting
The monthly meeting of the Raintree Lake HOA Committee was held on October 17th ,2023 at the association hall. The session commenced promptly at 18:30 hours with Chairman, Mr. John Smith , presiding over the gathered board members.

Dear Residents,
This announces you about upcoming changes to landscape maintenance within our beautiful Raintree Lake click here community. We are excited/implementing several programs designed to enhance the appearance/beauty/aesthetic appeal of our common areas and improve/upgrade/enhance the overall living experience for all residents.
Beginning in late July, we will be implementing a revised schedule our landscape maintenance routine. This includes more frequent mowing of grass areas and installation of new trees. Our dedicated team will work diligently exceptional service to ensure that Raintree Lake remains a welcoming/delightful/picturesque community for all.
